How do I know that my order has been placed?

If you have an order number, then we have received your order. We will confirm your order by email within 24 hours of it being placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please see our Contact page.

Can you send me a catalogue?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a brochure or catalogue, but all our products and prices are available on our easy-to-use website.

I don't live on the UK mainland, is there an additional carriage charge?

Overseas carriage charges are calculated according to weight and destination.

Do you have any branches/shops?

We are solely an ecommerce-based business and do not have any traditional branches/shops.

Do you provide an installation service?

Unfortunately, we do not provide an installation service. If you do have any problems with the installation of your items, please contact us.

Can I machine wash my made to measure curtains?

We would not advice this. The fabric may shrink, and colours may run. Curtains can be dry cleaned but please note, they can shrink by up to 3% during the process. The best way to keep your curtains clean is to regularly vacuum them whilst hanging. The above recommendation also applies to fabrics listed as ‘washable’. A washable fabric can still shrink slightly in the wash – similar to that of clothing fabric which can create an uneven and poor draping curtain.
